In other news, a very surprised René Roch was ousted as president of the FIE after sixteen years in office. He will be replaced by Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov. Check out the dialogue on Fencing.net…it’s bound to be an interesting term of office! I’m telling you, folks, this stuff just writes itself…

Heh….panel 8….windshield wipers!! MAN did I fall for those in college…Derek Cotton (yes…for those who know US fencing….THAT Derek Cotton) used to nail me on them all the time when we were in the same fencing class at San Diego State.
And yeah….I think Coach is playing…not to be a jerk, but to see what Serik will do…that’s the purpose of the testabove a simple evaluation of skills.
