Patches I made while in the Marines. Aviators often wear a non-unit patch on their right shoulder, which is what this was designed for. The text says “teufelhunde,” German for “devil dog,” a traditional nickname for U. S. Marines. I strayed from the usual bulldog motif in favor of a pit bull, which to me, looks more devilish and resembles the devil dog fountain in Belleau, France. I designed both color and “desert” versions, but only the desert version was made. I’ve still got a hundred or so of these 3-inch patches I’d be happy to part with for $5 each, just send me an email. Oh, and I’ll send a free patch to the first 5 people to email me with their name and address! :)
